<<R.E.C.K.A.=Retaliation,Elimination,Capturing and Killing Agency. Formed in 2230 as part of NATO's main strike force. They ar the best of the best in what they do and have the best equipment in the system. The first squad also referred to as squad 0 was tested during the NATO-Inaribi war with incredible success leading the way for the creation of 2 others squads each based on the Flagships of 3 NATO space fleets that orbit NATO planets in the Sol sistem. Curently there are plans for the expansion of the agency with 2 new squads to be station on the NATO border station of Zion in order to deploy R.E.C.K.A. faster outside the Sol system.
R.E.C.K.A. has the authorization to call upon the full might of the NATO armed forces especially the NATO fleets at any given time. They act as NATO's main response unit and are first,and some time the only ones to be send to deal with threats all over the Sol system and beyond. They are recruited from the best of the best from each army group and ar then trained rigurossly for 2 years before starting active service.
R.E.C.K.A. has only 3 active squads and 2 more ar being prepared. Beside being trained to use all weapons,tactics,unarmed combat and to drive/pilot most vehicles each member has to specialize himself in using at least 1 weapons and 2 different task. The agency has 600 members of whom only 15 are R.E.C.K.A. field agents the others provide the support for the squads.50 other members are currently undergoing intense training but only 15 r less will acctualy pass all the tests and endure the training to become a R.E.C.K.A agent. So far R.E.C.K.A is the only NATO armed force to have keept an impresive KIA rate of 0.00%

Am preferat sa scriu in engleza pentru ca mi se pare mai interesanta ca romana si ne va da posibilitatea sa ne dam mari aratand la alti din alte tari,in cazul ca(deja am vise mari) vom transforma povestea asta in o revista manga cu poze and all(nu-i asa ca am vise mari) :D,ca suntem buni si noi si ca putem ;)
Anyway ce e faza cu recka?pai recka vreau sa o transform in ceva gen manga(numai fara poze ca nu am talent in asa ceva)care v-a aparea in fiecare saptamana(sper eu) pe topicul asta si v-a avea in prin plan actinunile membrilor R.E.C.K.A. (al echipei 0 mai exact).Cat de bine imi va iesi n-am idee dar incercare moarte nu are...oricum daca cineva vrea sa continue pe ideea asta poate oricand sa povesteasca intamplarile celorlalte 2 echipe sau a uni personaj din ele(din aceasta cauza nu am bagat date la membri celorlalte 2 echipe).
Nu am dat prea multe detali si nici macar o misiune inca pt ca numai azi am zis sa incep cu ideea asta si n-am avut timp deci imi cer scuze daca nu prea aveti ce citi inca...(don't kill me plz) :D

-A nation without a history is not a nation-

2100 was supposed to be the bigining of the globalization and unification of Earth under on government and all of mankind effort was supposed to be directed to space expansion. Unfortunalty non of this ever happen and Earth was more divided then ever,ancient alliances and military oragnisation such as NATO were still required to maintain peace and order. Even more concerning were the 2 other organizations that now opposed NATO and them self in the struggle to control Earth. One such organization was TUNA(The United Nation of Africa) who controlled the valubel oil resources from Africa and the other was the AAC or Asian-American Confederation who was comprised most of the nations in Asia and South America. Beside the threat of an all out war mankind found it self in an ecological crisis as most of Earth was overpoluted and overcrowded.
In 2130 the AAC declared an all out ecological disaster within it's territory. TUNA's declared the same 1 year later and after 2 more year NATO had no choice but to do the same. During the june meating of 2134 all 3 organization admitted that there was a world wide ecological crisis and the 1'st of 4 global laws was sign banning all form of pollution.
In may 2140 the crisis reached it's high point with the discovery of the hyper space drive and the spreading of the plans on the WWW by unknown hackers. The mass production of ships using the hyper space technology by all 3 powers depleted the earth of all it's remaining fosile resources and pollution reached an all time high record as people were force to carry a gas masks each time they whent outside. The spreading of the plan also resulted in a sudden drop of prices and shortly after that the world's economy crumbled as more started fleaing the planet in chaos.
In 2142 alone a quarter of Earth's population left the planet to try their luck in space and live and start over in space. In the following years,as Earth athmosfere deteriorated more independent station were build in space to house refugees.
In 2155 TUNA was destroyed by civil war and the entire continent was pulverized as all waring faction detonated thermonuclear bombs.In the end no life was left in Africa and the soil was irradiated for decades.
In 2170 when NATO emerged form the crisis only half the population from 2100 was still left on earth and half of them were in the army's of NATO or the AAC.The AAC will still be in turmoil for 10 more years time which NATO uses to reinforce it's position in space and on Earth. First by building the lunar military colony in octombre 2175,in order to provide a safe haven for the troops and their families away from the pollution on earth and a powerful weapon platform to be used in case of danger, and later in 2184 with the completion of the mars teraforming operation and the creation of the Mars colony and the colony's on the moons of mars( Phobos and Deimos).
After surviving the crisis AAC was force to look for resources away from the sun since NATO was already starting the teraforming of Venus.The first AAC colony was build on Calisto.The AAC would later make colonies on all of Jupiters moons except Europa which will be claimed by NATO.Eventualy the AAC will abandon Earth fearing NATO's lunar base living the devastated planet in NATO hands.
However within 15 years and after a 5 year planetary bombardment by NATO fleets Earth was freed of pollution and terraformed. This was a great if not the greatest technological and political achievement by NATO and as the NATO comitee said 'The blue planet is once again blue and habitable'.
In 2200 the blue planet was once again populated even thou not as populated as it had been 100 years ago and NATO prevented any sort of pollution on the planet.By this time the Sol System was divided between the AAC and NATO,both locked in a constant competition for supremacy as they expanded further into space leaving the System.
However in 2205 the AAC made first contact with an alien race,the Inaribi and a savage war followed as the Inaribi advanced towards the Sol System defeating the AAC in a series of major space and planetary battles. Following the fall of the Pluto the AAC dissolved and it's planets were at the mercy of the Inaribi.
With th fate of mankind on the line and the Inaribi refusal for a diplomatical agreement NATO had no choice but to take military action against the Inaribi. In the end after a 23 years war,most of the battles taking place on and in space around Triton, the Inaribi were defeated and had to ask for peace. The Inaribi were allowed to have control of Pluto and the planets they had captured outside the Sol System from the AAC. The Inaribi were not allowed to have military forces except for law enforcing troops on Pluto, they had to release all the POW captured and to treat humans equally in their territory.
In the 3 years that followed there has been no more major battles except the occasional pirate raiding. Most of the former AAC planets have chosen to remain independent and not join NATO.
Currently NATO is in an alliance with Inaribi and fighting a war against the Shumi race in the One'Gray System.
Currently there are 4 know races: the Humans,the Inaribi,the Shumi and the Halviniens

NATO Moon Base:

Finished in octombre 2175 the lunar base is Earth's last and strongest defense. The base it self is located all over the moon surface and under it. It is a military installation build to house soldiers and their families and act as a command base. It is still an impressive achivements capable of housing 20 million persons in case of need. Currently the base population is 825.000 of who a quarter ar part of the base personal.
The base as an underground docking bay,5 large parks, and 1 large city with all the modern comodities.It is protected by 345 planetary guns and 78 torpedo launchers. It also has a contingent of 200 fighters ready to deploy at any given time.
The base is also home of the Galactic Academy and the RECKA HQ which also serves to train RECKA agents.

The Inaribi also know as the Elfs were first encountered by the AAC in the Domino System. They resemble humans in many ways but they have long pointy years and all of them seem to be the perfect humans. This is the reason why they are also called elfs. However they ar an agreasive and determined race. Their ships are constructed from organic and non organic material very strong against energy weapons but week against projectile based weapons like those used by the NATO forces. They have mastered the quantum technology and use it in almost everything from engines to weapons and terraforming.

Ce mi s-a parut aiurea a fost k hackerii aveau acces la planurile de constructie a hyper-drive-ului. Spionii mai ziceam dar hackeri... NASA s-au cine le-a descoperit nu cred k le punea pe internet... probabil nici pe intranetul companiei... mai degraba ar fi ramas in vreun seif sau ascunse cumva.

Lol...am zis Hackeri pt ca sunt singuri care ar fii pus-o pe net si nu ar fi tinut-o pt ei...oricum o continui si povestea lor mai incolo.Hackeri fiind considerati o arma(vezi arma lui Stella)
Ok m-ai prins sunt inebunit dupa elfi ^^.
Pai candva saptamana asta o sa vina prima misiune (nush cand exact)si cam rpimele 3-4 misiuni vor avea loc in timpul razaboiului NATO-Inaribi.
