Pana la urma nu are f. multe resurse.....si chiar daca Ray Penbar era FBI si prindea criminali.....s-a impotrivit vointzei lui Lighto....care se considera de acuma semi-zeu ... el reprezinta Heaven's Punishment .... el decide cine traieste si cine moare......vointza lui e absoluta....iar cine nu se supune va platii pretzul.
