The Pillows sunt o formatie de J-Rock foarte populara in Japonia.
S-ar putea sa--i stiti daca ati vazut anime-ul FLCL. Ei sunt cei care au realizat soundtrack-ul si in special piesele "Little Busters" si "Ride on a shooting star", piese care imi plac la nebunie.
Am incercat din aceasta cauza sa aflu mai multe despre cei din spatele acelor piese si dupa ce am aflat ca sunt considerati de catre critici un fel de Beatles-i moderni si ca au la activ foarte multe albume ( spre rusinea mea nu mai stiu exact, insa discografia lor are peste un giga si e plina numai de piese una si una)
Eu va recomand tuturor sa-i ascultati. Merita!

Am doar albumul de la FLCL si il recomand... acum ca mi-am adus aminte, am sa incerc sa iau si celelalte albume. Sa vad unde le gasesc.
Cred ca melodia mea preferata ramane "Little Busters" :]

Si Little Busters e frumoasa, dar Ride on a Shooting Star e mai ritmata.
Si va mai recomand printre altele si Hybrid Rainbow si Patricia. Patricia cel putin e de-a dreptul :x
Nici nu vreau sa ma gandesc cat de mult as fi pierdut daca nu ma gandeam sa le downloadez piesele.

... personal nu cred in j-rock... este o gaselnita comerciala ce a prins la tineri care isi cauta propriile valori si pe cele autohtone care de fapt acestea fiind doar imitatii ieftine a unor trupe similare de peste ocean... j-rock sucks no matter what band it sings it <_< ... din tot ce incearca niponii sa "cinte" recomand doar putin punk-rock si pop-rock... ma rog... opinia mea neavizata de meloman european de underground metal si alte chestii dubioase <_<
ps: ce vroiam sa zic este ca nu-mi place The Pillows & the rest j-shit <_<

Am zis ca nu scriu aici dar totusi mi-am facut curaj.
Sidonix - esti pe aproape dar nu intodeauna totul e asa cum pare :P, sunt care chiar doresc sa cante ceva original si plus si noi avem 'imitatorii' nostrii....
Si mie imi plac foarte mult The Pillows, cantecele lor imi par destul de reusite...cred ca cel mai mult imi place Ride on a shooting star :D.

Okay, I admit that most of the people that listen to j-rock do it because it's japanese music and as you said, it's something commercial but:

Nu e ceva de genul, nu stiu, Gackt sau mai stiu eu ce formatie comerciala, tipii aia chiar au talent. Sunt una din cele mai longevive trupe din Japonia si exista de dinaintea acestei manii cu j-rock-ul.
Poate ca cea mai mare parte din j-music e cam j-shit dar nu-i baga pe toti in aceasi oala, ok? Oh, and bringing some arguments wouldn't hurt too :)
